The Harding Custom Homes Summer Internship offers a one-of-a-kind, immersive experience designed to launch your career. Over 6 to 8 weeks, you will be part of custom home and renovation projects across the Carolinas.
You’ll gain an inside look at what it takes to become a top builder, working closely with our superintendents, trusted trade partners, and John Harding himself.
This is not a program where you stand on the sidelines. You’ll take on meaningful tasks, learn hands-on skills, and grow with the guidance of our expert builders.

Who Should Apply
- Students pursuing construction trades or degrees in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related fields
