Licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina, John Harding has twenty years experience in the construction field. His love of building began when he was barely big enough to swing a hammer. Over the years, the smell of sawdust, the buzz of saws, and the tapping of hammers beckoned to him. While still a youngster, he learned framing and trimming, and helped construct home projects while under the guidance of experienced craftsmen, including his father and grandfather.

A self-proclaimed perfectionist, Harding has an eye for detail. “Just good enough” is not good enough for John. From start to finish, the work Harding and his team produce reflects excellence and integrity.

Proactive Management of your Home Project

A born leader, Harding is proactive. He balances several tasks, organizes subcontractors, keeps up with building codes and permitting, while responding to customer questions. He is not afraid to address potential problems and challenges that sometimes occur during the building process.
