Answer: We can help! We invite you to meet with the builder to discuss what style and amenities you are looking for and help with custom drawing, or you can search through thousands of home-plans available on the Internet.

When should I start building?

Answer: Every month, the price of materials and the cost of land increases. Whether you are thinking of building in a few years or a few months, it is important to understand what effect waiting has on the cost of your project. In some areas, these cost factors will be much higher than others. That may influence your decision to start planning and building sooner. You could pay thousands of dollars more for your home two years from now than if you started the planning and building process now.

Do I have to get any permits?

Answer: The builder will take care of all the permits.

Answer: Whenever you meet with the builder, let him know what is most important to you and he’ll offer alternatives that will suit your lifestyle and your budget.

Can you build my home to look like one I’ve seen somewhere else?

Answer: Each home we build is as individual as the family we build it for. However, if you have seen a picture or home plans that you really like, bring in the picture and we’ll see how Harding Custom Homes can best match your plan to your budget and lot.
